Migrated to CommunityServer 2.0beta3

So I've updated my blog software to beta3 of CommunityServer v2.0.  It looks spiffy with some new functionality I'm sure I'll have some fun with, but the conversion wasn't all giggles.

Configuration of the server for a single blog was easy enough with the help of a fellow CS blogger, but I've got a problem with the url for the blog images not being the same.  Some configuration file black-magic seems to be in order, and I left my wand at work.

If I can't figure out a good way to fix it, I'll likely just stick with the current config, and go update all the image references from my blog posts to go to the current default location of the images.  This will break the urls that people might have added to their favorites, and also break any search engine gathered images from my blog as well... so I'm hesitant to resort to that.

So while I wait for an answer back to a question about this, you might notice that there are some missing images in the blog posts.  Don't panic... they'll be back soon.

Update: it also looks like some format URLs for getting to individual posts are no longer valid.  For example http://blog.geeqs.net/263.aspx no longer goes to post #263.  It appears that individual posts are now only accessible by their /archive/<year>/<month>/<day>/<post#>.aspx format.

Shortlink.ashx is still supported so I'm not sure why this isnt' working.

No responses to questions about changing the galleries URL back to what I was using previously.

I considered writing a little tool to do a search and replace on the post content to change the url, but then I realized I could probably do a manual edit/replace on any posts that had broken links...

So the post images are back on line... Now I just have to figure out the post shortlink problem. It may be a bug in the beta release, or a problem in the single-blog configuration mentioned in my previous post.
