  • ASP.Net Forums v2.0 - I'm currently checking this out...

    I'm looking at ASP.Net Forums v2 as a possible solution for my companies internal discussion forum and it does look like quite a good, full featured, and open source solution that could be easily modified to add whatever feature it might not already have.   • What would it take for you to stay with MSN Hotmail in the face of GMail and similar offerings?

    This article inspired by a post on BetaNews .) Since GMail 's announcement we've seen many more other free web email services make similar announcements for large storage web email services. Also, there's been a lot of speculation about when Hotmail will follow with a similar announcement. I saw a post on Neowin today that MSN will be increasing it's storage space as well, though no details on what they'll increase it to. This made me wonder... how much web email space do you really need? With 1GB...

  • Movie Review: Chronicles of Riddick

    I saw The Chronicles of Riddick on opening night (July 12). I liked Pitch Black and I'm glad they decided to take the Riddick character for another ride. I think this show would have been better if they didn't have all the action scenes done in “Ritalin-time“ -- quick shots, strobes, flash images, etc.. Maybe I'm just gettin' old, but I would have enjoyed the fight scenes more if they were shots were a bit longer. Riddick : Vin Diesel Good old Vinnie.
